Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, never readable by us), shop name, and which shop and role you belong to.
- Shop data: units, connectors, jobs, drawings, folders and title-block details (name, address, certificate line, logo) that your shop enters.
- Records: which version of the Terms you accepted and when; who last saved each job; PDF-import page counts.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, times) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
Manuals you import
When you import a PDF, the file stays in your browser. Only the pages you choose to extract are sent, as images and text, to our AI provider (Anthropic) to read the pin tables. We don't store the PDF or those pages. The extracted pin data is saved to your shop.
Who processes it
- Supabase: account login and database
- Vercel: website hosting
- Anthropic: PDF pin-table extraction (only when you use it)
- [Payment processor, e.g. Stripe, once billing is added]
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your shop data
Only people on your shop's team. Other shops can't see it. We access it only to operate and support the Service, or when required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices
Export your shop's data any time from the dashboard. To delete your account or your shop's data, email support@breakoutavionics.com. We delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records and Terms acceptances.
